The yacht was successfully launch on Thursday 8th. It was an all day affair with lots of hanging around in the sunshine. The
backdrop of Table Mountain set a glorious scene. The boat now is waiting for a boom, sails, electronics, measuring and snags. Then
we can go for a sail possibly Wednesday.
I have been getting the food together with the help of Jenny and Nola.
Typically the weather has turned today so I hope my goretex is waterproof as advertised.
Still the advantage of not being on the open water just yet is I get to watch the footy.

Still not north of them yet. Sea rough, cloudy, rain and wet. 2 reefs in Main and Genoa. Once past Cape Verdes may bare away to make easier sailing and tack back over later on a reach. Makes it longer but easier on us and the boat.
