Boat still hasn't left the pontoon.
The Genoa problem has still not been resolved. Jon is being driven crazy with the fact that the sails were made in New Zealand and all parties are denying responsibility.
Meanwhile I have been getting involved with managing Jon by making lists of what needs to be done and by whom , where and when. I love my spreadsheets.
So doesn't look like we will be sailing away from Cape Town until at least 4th July. Since we have to victual the boat which will take a couple of days at least. Customs and immigration as well as VAT returns will be another couple of days. Not to mention sail tests.
Oh well.
Least the weather is sunny.
England play Sweden tonight. Last of the group games.
Home and dry
